I'm a bioinformatician/SciLifeLab and Wallenberg Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS) PhD student, and I'm interested in developing bioinformatic methods and tools for pathogen surveillance.
🔬 My current research
Currently, I'm developing bioinformatic methods to improve pathogen surveillance, source tracking, risk evaluation, and outbreak detection, using anthrax- and foodborne illness-causing members of the Bacillus cereus group as models.
